1-2-1 personal training sessions are 60 minutes.

Sessions are tailored to your individual goals, starting fitness level and experience. All sessions are delivered in the Sports Solutions Gym. You will always have the gym to yourself – so no waiting for equipment and no worrying about there being anyone else there at the same time! 

Some of the things I can help you with include:
  • Getting started- We can plan your fitness journey together and get you feeling comfortable in the gym.
  • Improving technique – Ensure you are completing your exercises with good form. This is essential for everyone, whether you are new to the gym, wanting to try a new exercise or pushing your performance.
  • Designing a training program – This includes scheduling your training sessions around your lifestyle to meet your goals and monitoring your progress. You are much more likely to achieve what you set out to with a clear plan and accountability.

5 x 60 minute session – £175 (to be used within 6 months from date of purchase)

Want to come regularly?

8 x 60 minute sessions £250 (minimum 2 x session / week)

12 x 60 minute sessions £360 (minimum 3 x session / week)
